He met us at the door and gave us a thorough review of the stylishly decorated apartment. The unit is in a building built in the 1850, but the apartment has been elegantly updated. Javier reached out to us everyday to ensure that all of our needs were being met. We made a new friend and will attend the Opera with him when we return to Madrid. I recommend this property highly. "The property itself was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and there was a full kitchen with all appliances. In general the location was good for accessing family friendly attractions such as the aquarium, but, the flat was extremely noisy. The next door neighbour had the TV playing at full volume all day late into the night, and on Friday there was a LOT of noise on the street below. "We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get around. We purchased a Barik card and rode the buses, funicular, and trains easily at a very reasonable price. The host provided us with a brochure that was very helpful. Would stay here again."

"Matias met us, even at such a late hour to provide the keys and show us around the apartment. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony with amazing views over the sea and beach. So peaceful but a perfect location to visit levante, the old town and Poniente beach. The use of the private access to the beach and use of the little deckchairs was brilliant and a perfect start to our day.
