"The THesis Hotel is wonderful property right by Univesity of Miami. The restaurants on the property are great and the roof top lounge is incredible. The staff was really nice and helped us with whatever we needed. My one complaint is that the hotel does not actually have a spa but rather it partners with a local company that is in a retail location on the hotel's property. "Overall it was a very nice property. My only complaint was the condition/cleanliness of the room's balcony. The room itself was very nice, but the balcony, that we paid extra for, was filthy. It was filled with leaves, trash and dirt that washed out of the planters. The door frame, siding and furniture were covered in soot. Twenty minutes of cleaning up the balcony would have made all the difference! "
