“We enjoyed our stay in this quiet cottage! Lovely cottage and grounds with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Peggy Sue was a gracious host and easy to reach for check-in.”

“The property was as described. It was very cute and we loved the patio area outside. We had a bit of a plumbing problem with the bathroom. Manuel was on it and had a plumber out to fix the issue. It was a very much needed getaway for my husband and I.”

“Unique, clean, and quiet. Large living space with a full kitchen. Within walking distance of cool, bohemian restaurants and shops. It’s an older Florida property - well maintained, but real deal old Miami, (blocks away from an ancient Tequesta burial mound), so like a little rust here and there but nothing dirty or sticky. Nothing like a high end hotel, but I would definitely stay there again.”

“Amazing experience. The situation was perfect. The garden so cute. Juan is an great person. ”

“Unique area, walking distance 5 minutes to Roma Bakery Breakfast shop opens at 6am, famous Sedano supermarket, & Versalles, reputable pet friendly restaurants. Very very clean & up to date. Private parking. We WILL BE RETURNING.”

“Perfect spot that is close to all cities and very quiet and clean”

“Great location. House is getting old needs some tlc. Fridge is very noisy. We enjoyed our stay however we were gone doing things every day.”

“The Ad said, the property is close to everything? I suppose it depends on who decides what everything is. I found that for me, not a lot was close. That being said, I had a rental car, so I could drive to what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and nice, to me that's what really matters. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time I was there. So overall I will say a nice place to stay. Oh, just FYI, if you are traveling while in Miami, stay off the I95 and set your……
