“Property was exactly what we needed. The space was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The property owners were friendly, communicative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others who are interested in exploring South Florida!”

“The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the little outside place was nice. Located near public transport, but a little far form the city center to walk. Might want to check on the water pressure for the showers, which was little low. Other then that, it was a lovely stay.”

“Nice and clean great for the price and it was a perfect location for us. Loved the Spanish store within walking distance. ”

“My mother, husband and my daughter arrived on a late evening flight at 10:45pm. Our host supplied us with the entry codes and instructions the day prior to arrival. This property was clean. The neighborhood itself is quiet and in a great location for airport access and restaurants. However, because we arrived so late the options for food was limited. Popeyes was not very good at all. We assumed because it was near closing time. I would definitely recommend this property for future Miami/Fort……

“Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!”

“Loved, loved, loved this cottage! It was perfect for my husband and myself. Very clear directions on location and checkin, a little Kitty to say hello everytime we arrived and goodbye when we left, very clean, uncluttered. Comfortable bed, perfect accommodations! Couldn’t have been happier!”

“This stay was disappointing. There were roaches in the bathroom, a noticeable amount of dust throughout the space, and an AC unit that struggled to cool the room—especially the bed areas—making it uncomfortable to sleep. Even at the lowest setting, it wasn’t effective. The shower drain was also clogged, causing water to pool several inches while showering. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained, and I wouldn’t stay here again.”
