"Highly recommend in quiet safe location close to lakes and state park. We came up for the races at Martinsville and will likely come up again sometime in the future during the summer warm months. Excellent communication with the host and easy to work with. Only down side is cell service but there is WiFi internet to use while there. "

"Cozy, neat and perfect location for recent AT section hike. Great for slack packing days around McAfee Knob and Dragon’s Tooth trail attractions. Playground in town was perfect for the grandkids play time. Close enough to enjoy the amenities of Daleville, Troutville and Roanoke. Only detractions were the lack of immediate food options in Catawba and the obstructive view of the oncoming traffic from the driveway. "

"It was absolutely love. Love the history information and the fresh flowers were beautiful. The only suggestions that I would have. To replace the toilet with a tall handicap style toilet, toilet, and make sure that it was fastened well on the floor. Also provide a new mattress for the main floor bed Really hate to say anything about it because it was so lovely. Enjoy the peaceful. Thank you for providing this opportunity."

"The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful cabin and property. The cabin is very clean and so comfortable with lots of space for everyone. The wrap around porch is gorgeous. The outside spaces including stone fire pit and wooden hill top swing are added bonuses. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. We reached out to the owner once and got a very quick response to our question. This was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to everyone!"

"We were in town for a show at The Coves at Smith Mountain Lake. The venue was only 18 minutes from the cottage. It was SUPER clean and very nice. The outdoor space was also excellent. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Beds were very comply and there was a nice tv in every room (in both bedrooms) Would absolutely stay here again!! "
