"It is great for younger guests but not for ederly couples like us. The hotel is upscale and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Situated at Darling Harbour. Centrally located in the CBD area. It is quite easy and not expensive to commute by taxi or uber. "

"We booked the Song Hotel primarily for its great location combined with excellent reports. We weren’t disappointed, in fact our expectations were surpassed. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. Reception and bar staff were welcoming and helpful. "I did not like that the first two nights my sheets smelled like smoke. Then I addressed this with the staff and they told me that there is no smoking in this hotel. Which I was aware of but the other people did not get the memo. As we were walking out of our room on day 3 there was a person ready to light up her cigarette in the hallway. Cigarette in mouth. I appreciate that the staff changed my sheets."

"Friendly efficient service. Very welcoming The room was clean and comfortable. Location was very central with many food options. Decided just to graze the many choices. A little here and a little there. Made for a fun evening. I had free drink vouchers for the cidery which was a welcome stop. In the morning breakfast was included with a nice little buffet. Overall the trip was both fun and relaxing. Thank you to staff for the hospitality. "

"Great location and excellent views of the harbour. Comfortable and excellent transport links, the tram into central is right below the hotel. There is also plenty to explore in Darling Harbour, or get a ferry from Pyrmont Bay to Circular Quay. Only a word of warning, there is currently the Harbourside shopping centre that is being developed in front of the hotel, due to be completed in 2025, when this is complete, the views of the harbour will be lost! "
