"Great location along the Riverwalk. Unfortunately we were privy to some drama amongst the staff so that was a bit unprofessional. Also had one issue with delay of getting the car from valet. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the rooftop bar is niced"

"This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact expedia to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of expedia or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let expedia know nor us in a timely manner. "We were in a suite that was supposed to have handicap accommodations which was NOT the case.There was only one hand bar in shower, the anti-slip strips on the bottom of the tub were so worn there was no traction and very unsafe. The toilet was not raised and VERY LOW with no handrail which did not provide the assistance one expects of " Handicap Accommodations"!"
