*There are 33 historic uneven flagstone steps with railing up to the house from parking area; not conducive for those with back, knee, or mobility issues. There is an original interior (newly carpeted) and narrow stairway from main level up to upper level. Lawn is steep and no railings on terraces. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest’s own risk.
*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night.
*Maximum number of people on site is 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
