College Station Spa Hotel

"Great hotel. Our Daughter is an Aggie so we stay here 10-12 times every year. Great rooms, good restaurants, and ideal Location. Our only complaint is that every time we check-in, we are given a hotel parking pass and told to throw away the original parking garage ticket. Please be aware that you will be charged $15 a night plus tax. I’m the 30-40 times I have stayed at the hotel I have never once been told that I will be charged for the hotel parking pass. "It was a good hotel for last minute stay. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and the white towels had what appeared to be makeup stains. But the room was large the location was convenient. The hotel itself is an older hotel so I’m sure they can only do so much. "

"The property was okay. The issues were the weird smell when you walked in the room and there was a card that said to leave your towels on the floor for new ones. We did and it looks like no one ever entered the room. Garbages not emptied no new towels.etc. "

"I love staying at Home2 and all the staff I encountered on this visit were very friendly polite and helpful. I graded down on service because Sunday morning between 8 and 9, the breakfast buffet was very depleted. Out of milk, all eggs and egg sandwiches and the waffle area was a mess and needed to be cleaned. No staff in sight for nearly 30 minutes. The other two days, everything was fine. I hope they will take this review as a poke to address the issue."
