"The front desk staff Phillip was so hospitable and pleasant. The property is nice, easy ride share access at the valet area. We ordered room service and the food was good. Room was clean and a nice size, we had a beautiful view as well. Staff were helpful and accommodating. "

"Great location in the middle of downtown Dallas. Looks like sheets and towels were changed daily. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Room lacked a fridge, mini-fridge instead, although I believe you can request a fridge. I loved the look of the main elevator not soo much the ride. Overall very pleased with my stay and would recommend. "

"This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We really liked the breakfast menu. The house and kitchen staff were very nice and kind. The only situation that we didn’t like was that there was too much noice going on. We stayed on 2nd floor and on third floor there was people moving furniture and banging on things. "
