"We had a pretty decent stay here. The staff was friendly, and the room was a good size for a NYC hotel. We did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only thing that was less than optimal was that the surrounding area is a little sketchy at night. "

"The air conditioning in our room did not work, and it took almost two hours for them to send engineers and ultimately move us that took away from our quiet time in the afternoon, which was not fair. We wanted to take a nap and rest up before a party on Halloween. We did not get to do that."

"It is an older property, but I saw NO bugs of any kind and the room was updated with the TV on a moveable mount and a waterfall shower with excellent pressure. The room was small but I was alone so it worked out. The hotel is across the street from Lincoln Center and the transportation options were AWESOME!!! New York is amazing and from this location EVERYTHING was right THERE!!! Times Square, Central Park, the list goes on and on and ON!!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!!!"
