"The hotel is ok but the pub/restaurant next door was disgusting. I was going to take a picture from behind the toilet door but it would make someone ill."

"Really good location and in easy reach to the train station, which goes to central London. Single room was comfortable for one, although shower cubicle was small, but useable. A shelf would have been handy inside the shower itself. Check out time did not match my Expedia confirmation, but this did not affect me. "

"Hotel was nice, staff made it excellent! Everyone so friendly and courteous. The area is really a fantastic little village area and it was so pleasant to walk around, even at night by myself. Felt completely safe. Also super close to Kew Gardens so makes it convenient. Food was delicious, didn't try any drinks."
