"The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The decor and furnishings are old-fashioned. It is a good value for the price except for the cost of breakfast. However, the service at breakfast is outstanding and the food was very good. There is no food service after breakfast. "

"Location is great. It’s right next to the entrance to China Town. We felt safe the whole time. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a few steps away. The staff were extra nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate to our necessities every time we asked for anything. And they are all bilingual. "
