"We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Great proximity to Tokyo Disney Sea, a bit of a hike to Disney Land however. They also had foot massagers in the room for your use after those long Disney days which is a plus! The breakfast was not the best. "

"I liked the hotel because it is close to the airport. I also liked the shuttle bus service that takes you to the outlets, to Narita town and also takes you to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the hotel crew is very friendly. "

"1 night stay between flights. I was concerned by some of the reviews but they were proven untrue. Our room was on the fourth floor west wing - very spacious with a firm and very comfortable bed. Full bathroom with shower tub. Western style and sized room. Coffee and tea complementary. Breakfast buffet included. There is a shuttle that will take you into Niseko town but the last one leaves just before 8 pm. And taxi return is 40$. We decided to have dinner at the oasis restaurant (same that serves breakfast). Buffet dinner is 60$ per person. However an la carte is available with good options and reasonable price. Free shuttle to and from airport super convenient and easy to locate out of terminal 1. Reception very friendly and helpful. All in, great value for money. "

"Property is excellent, shuttle is awesome (both to and from the airport (pickup location at the airport is very convenient). You are a bit out of the way so only real eating options are at the hotel. There are a few locations to choose from to eat but all are quite expensive (get the breakfast-included option when booking if possible). We had 6 hours to kill so did a great walk/hike to 2 local shrines using Google Maps (staff didn’t seem to know about them) was about 2 hours round trip. Very enjoyable 😁"

"Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"

"Location is conveniently located within walking distance from train station via a link bridge. It near to a mall, with supermarket, shopping and eateries. It has a convenience store in the hotel and provides shuttle bus to Disney area which is a plus point. Overall the stay was good. "

"Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. The Lawson was an amazing option for late night snacking when returning from the parks. The room itself was large with a great view of the parks and fireworks. We also stayed a night at the Disneyland Hotel and wish we had saved the extra money and stayed here for the night. Amazing property with amazing facilities, staff, food, and cleanliness. Will be returning here even when not visiting the parks."
