"The staff was fantastic and it’s in a convenient area. It is clean and interesting being an Historic hotel. Rooms are small but not too small. At least in my room, there was no temp control at all. You get a ceiling fan and a vent blowing whatever temp air the hotel thinks you need. I was a little warm but not terrible. But because of this I would not stay here In summer or even if it was supposed to be hot. My stay was in January. "

"Clearly the best downtown hotel in PHX. Was there for PDFC Furcon the staff is fun and that really helps make the event great. Lobby bar with its trendy decor giant TV's and A service is top notch. Always something going on there. "
