"We enjoyed our week in the ocean view tower room. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the easy access to the beach where we could snorkel and whale watch. In the evenings we really liked the live music at the branches. I would definitely stay again. Safe, friendly and affordable with lots of amenities. "

"Check in was very quick. We arrived early and our room was ready! We were in the NEW tower and it was lovely, clean and the beds/pillows were top notch. Loved the free washer and dryer (and detergent) available to use- so convenient and not expected! loved the bikes to borrow free of charge. We also liked the filtered water stations to fill up our bottles on the way out to the beach or the next adventure. The beach is right across the street and we loved the easy 3 minute walk to the sand. Food options are also very close. The computers were down at check out time so we were unable to check out from our room and that held us up a bit since everyone else was also in the lobby to check out due to the same issue, but smiling, helpful, apologetic staff always makes this sort of thing better and it didn't take too long to be on our way. The staff was always smiling and friendly, even the pool towel person was pleasant. At first we thought the daily "resort" fee was a bit steep, but realizing it included parking (which was very close by), laundry facilities, bikes, a shuttle (3 miles in each direction), nightly live music by the pool, pickleball courts, and the pool- it actually didn't seem so bad after all. I also felt very safe. You need to use your wristband to access the lobby and then again to use the elevator to go to your floor. Thanks Maui Coast, we would love to come back again! "

"We liked everything about this property. It was clean, nice and comfortable and the grounds and pool were immaculate. A bit dated, but well kept and that added to its charm! Outstanding check-in experience with welcoming and helpful staff. I appreciated the discounts I received for being an Expedia VIP as well. Will definitely be back!"

"Excellent service at front desk. Studio condo had everything we needed. Steps away from pool and beach. Enjoyed hearing the ocean waves, the nightly luau music from next door, the live music at the onsite restaurant and of course seeing whales frequently."

"Loved the renovated tower portion and pool area. It was a great place to stay. Parking was available but small parking spots. Our rental car was hit and nobody left note. Hit and run. Good hotel and friendly staff. Pool area was beautiful with great view. "
