「There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. 」

Wonderful outdoor tiled patio off other bedroom that has the two twin beds that is perfect for outdoor yoga for one to two people. 「- Large living room overlooking the ocean with a lanai that's covered. Nice fully equipped kitchen with upper-end appliances. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. Small issues with one sink and the shower, and a little further away from the beach that I originally wanted.」

「Great pool and beach area. Easy to make your own meals. Mixed messages from staff on whether we were required to wear a wristband everyday. We stayed for 1 week and they don’t cleanse your room everyday or even a couple days unless you ask (and there was no guarantee they would get to your room). 」
