"The check-in and check-out process was seemless. The lobby and common areas were heated which was a blessing in that cold weather just outside the front doors. I lost my roomkeys which had my room number on the cardholder and was unsure where or when it happened. The front desk personnel assisted with no hesistation. I prefer to not have my room cleaned during my stay therefore i am unable to attest to the housekeeping department activities. "
