“这个酒店非常个性化也非常的适合家庭旅游居住，餐厅非常开阔温情。对老顾客非常照顾，特别是对有困难的需要帮助的顾客更能够全力以赴，我是因为车祸啊。又第二次住进酒店。他们不但没有排斥受伤的人。还帮我安排了面对游泳池的开个房间，让我心情非常愉悦，减少了我很大的心理压力。我有机会还会来这个酒店。”

“The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up. The valet guys were very helpful. I enjoyed our ground floor room by the adults only pool but upon arrival we did have to ask for a new chaise cushion (it was ripped and stained). The bathroom in……

“One of our favorite hotels that has beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. This most recent trip did not disappoint.”

“We came to Scottsdale to relax. And sitting by the pool that was steps from our Villa was perfect. We played pickleball and went to the gym. We walked into town one day if you don’t mind walking. There was a plaza close with dinner options. We also ate at the hotel. We enjoyed the Spa for massages. Would stay again for sure”

“The hotel is older but we paid more to stay in the newer rooms. Rooms are all suites so it’s like a one bedroom apartment which is really nice. Water park had a nice little lazy river but had a limited number of very old tubes available so kids were splashing around and swimming in it instead of floating. Food and service by the pool was sub par…chicken Caesar salad was wilted, chicken was dry therefore way over priced at $25. Chips and guacamole was $16, guacamole came in a 3oz clear plastic……
