"Easy and friendly check in. Space was clean and comfortable, with lots of cute little touches. View from the top of the hill is a must see, and they thoughtfully provided chairs to sit and enjoy the beauty of Mount Shasta. As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe at this location. "Great place to stay. This little gem is located in part of town close to the road to drive up to Mount Shasta. Great coffee few blocks away. (Theory) Newer building with great heating and cooling. Easy communication with owner. Has anything someone would want, including well equipped kitchen. Minor complaints would be induction was not very powerful, few ants around, otherwise planning to stay here in future. "

"Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. "

"Fish Inn is a really wonderful little cabin. You can walk to Hat Creek and on to a picnic area and campground (and the spatter cone trail). Joann is an amazing host. She greeted us and made sure to let us know she was available if we needed anything. The cabin has all you need for a comfortable stay; the fenced in yard is great for a dog. We highly recommend !!"
