Si vous regardez sur google maps, la villa est très bien située au milieu des champs

Si vous regardez sur google maps, la villa est très bien située au milieu des champs. Elle est proche du centre ville de platja d'Aro : 20 minutes à pied, 5 minutes d'une zone commerciale et à 5 minutes des plages en voiture côté S'Agaro. Elle est à proximité d'un camping donc passage de voitures et de personnes et lors des soirées entre 22h et minuit, il y a de la musique assez forte mais qui n'est pas vraiment gênante si vous vivez à l'heure espagnole ;-). Le problème majeur : elle est située à côté de champs sans habitation dans lesquels se trouvent des chenils. Ce qui signifie que des chiens aboient le jour mais surtout la nuit sans cesse. Et impossible de le signaler aux propriétaires qui n'habitent pas sur place.
