Anniversary trip - Great stay

Carlsbad Beach
Our studio apartment was very nice for our stay at the beach. We could walk to town for a meal or Farmer's Market. Great access to the beach and the beach equipment was nice to have. Loved walking short distance to watch sunsets on the water.

I rented this place for a gift for my son and his girlfriend. I had stayed previously and really enjoyed it. He said he thought the location was perfect, so close to the beach. Parking was easy and the place was clean. They enjoyed it.

We stayed Thanksgiving week. The location and view of the ocean from the deck are great. Carlsbad is an awesome town to visit. The place was perfect for us. I would only suggest a better mattress on the bed.

Beautiful little place for 2 people to stay near the beach. Well-appointed, well-stocked, very clean upstairs unit with balcony and view of the ocean. Great location, 20-minute walk to Carlsbad village.

Cozy seaside stay
This cute studio had everything we needed to make our time in Carlsbad special. Great location with ocean views and easy distance to beach & town. We slept with French doors wide open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves (and a few cars along the side street and beach road.)

This property is perfect for two people, nice ocean views and pretty easy access to restaurants. I was lucky to find it on short notice the property management let us check in a little early which was most helpful!

Amazing place
For two people, the Juniper unit is perfection! Very comfy and cozy but plenty of space. The bed was very nice and comfy. We slept great! The unit is outfitted with everything you would need, it’s gorgeous and the view from patio is stunning. We cannot say enough good things about the property managers, they were very communicative, very helpful and on site a couple times, so we got to visit with them and just communicate easily about things. Definitely planning on staying here again, 10 out of 10!! :)))

Loved our cozy little space 1 door from the beach. Beach view from the deck was great and being off the PCH we did not get the traffic noise. Super clean, well appointed. A great bargain for the price. We will be back!

Love beach views and locale to village
Such an amazing place. Fits 2 people perfect. Every amenity available from large bath towels, beach towels, coffee etc. Welcoming from the start. Quiet part of bldg off Main Street. Courtyard enjoyed fire pit and bottle of wine. Stayed 5 nights. Walk to village and restaurants is about 6-7 short blocks. Good closet space and drawers to unpack in bedroom. Alicia was available for any questions. It was perfect for us. Thank u. Would definitely stay again❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay, but could have been better. Good location near beach, and the back of the building is quiet even though about 100 yards from busy road. On arrival we found the courtyard to have not been cleaned -- everything covered in dirt dust pollen. Gas grille similar looked as if had not been used in months, and grill grates not cleaned after prior uses--burned meats on grates. Property manager cleaned next day. Nice modern unit however most of furnishings (tables, chairs, dresser) appear to have come from a yard sale, don't match style and difficult understand why it wasn't better. Unit was clean except coffee pot hadn't been washed after last use, which could have been a long time ago. I wondered if the coffee basket had ever had more than a rinse. The Direct TV was not functioning properly the first night and many channels seemed to be blocked -- I wonder if it wasn't activated but prop. mgr said always on. Was okay day two.

Comfortable stay
This was a comfortable stay, across the street from the beach so a good place if you are a surfer. Bed and bedroom was very comfortable, bath and kitchen were very nice. While furniture is very comfy, it is also very dirty, so we covered it with our own blankets.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway!
Well-kept and excellent in all respects. Beautiful details and furnishings, spotless. Great "beachy" feel, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Location can't beat - just a few blocks from the fun Carlsbad Village, far enough away to be peaceful at night. Perfect for a couple!
