"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. "Good stay in By the Sea. Lovely and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, big and have really good sea views. The bed was comfortable and overall the state of our rooms were exemplary. "To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible. "

"The hotel was great! It is located 1hr away from the airport and 30min away from the city center, but the amenities and the service are amazing. You can access the beautiful beach from the pool, so it is very convenient. The spa prices are also convenient, would recommend booking a massage. "The staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. I could not ask for a better stay. Our room with beach view was amazing. I love that the property is right on the beach. There's also a little strip of bars/restaurants and small shops along the beach. I also like that it's remote. It often felt like it belonged to us. Amazing sunset views. Seriously loved this hotel and next time I am in Phuket, I will definitely stay with them. Highly recommend. "
