"The hostel was super clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early. It smelt amazing, the staff were super helpful. Room was spacious clean, shower was powerful. Bed was a little hard but we liked that. Allowed us to leave our bags before our pickup. Great location. "

"A calm place near the town. Sympathic and nice people ready to serve you. Excellent coffee. The room was just large enough for 3 people. The bathroom should be larger and missing a place to put our clothes. But the stay was very pleasant."

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. "Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

"Let me start off by saying that the staff member, the husband and wife are extremely nice. This hotel has no let me say it again no elevator and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist up in our room. They put my family up on the 4 floor two adults and two kidsr. We had to carry our luggage, super heavy up to the fourth floor and back down when we checked out. The noise last until three to 4 o’clock in the morning. I felt like we were in a war zone every night. I was always hoping that it would rain...

"Clean, quiet, and close enough to the nightlife of Patong for easy taxi options, but far enough away from the craziness and traffic. Staff are really friendly and helpful with local recommendations. They will arrange airport pickup if you need. Comfortable house with nice amenities. Would recommend for any queer travellers, solo and couples."

"Great for people who want to be right at the action of the indoor market. Perfect for us and the owner was lovely and runs a fantastic bar. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again and we enjoyed our stay."

"I went there on Dec 30,2024. The owner said that he never work with Hotel. Com. No room gave to me. U get my money for booking the room, but no room have to me. You are lier. Please return the money to me Johnny Wong"

" The check-in process was very difficult. Plan on waiting for a key. When she finally did and you want to rest and relax but the air-conditioner barely works. What makes this day intolerable is the rooster that starts crowing at 2 AM in the morning and doesn’t stop till 7 AM. The whole situation is obnoxious! The only thing positive about the stay is the view of The Big Buddha"

"We loved our stay here! It’s small and quiet yet convenient. There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience store, places to get a massage, etc. within a quick walk. "My second visit to this hotel booking the private pool villa. My wife was rather uncomfortable for most of our stay as the air con is locked so it does not allow below 22C. Given that we paid £350 per night we weren't too happy to be uncomfortably warm. Would recommend fixing this as every other hotel provides it even a hotel were we paid just £35 per night. The hotel was beautiful & food was delicious. We didn't like the whole QR code ordering as standard - was a hassle to get a physical menu as they seemed to be in short supply. The thai dance and yoga classes were not actually ever available during our stay despite the schedule showing as available. In the photo does it look like there is a Thai dance class at 11am on Tuesday? "

"Really great place…no real complaints. It’s a bit hilly so a lot of up hill walking but they do have shuttles which are pretty convenient. You can take the shuttle to Karon beach as well HOWEVER last shuttle back is 6 so you can’t really go to Karon for dinner or see the sunset. But that said you could still use Grab to come back. Anyway highly recommended. "

"This was a great hotel , it’s under construction but didn’t affect us much during our stay. The location is great for walking to the beach and to town. We rented scooters across the street for like $9 US dollars a day and had the best time! The pool was refreshing with the swim up bar. We had a basic king room but it was close to the lobby and the pool and was very spacious. The hotel was full so we couldn’t upgrade but tbh this room was perfect for us. We definitely would stay again. Oh try the pumpkin with Thai custard dessert it’s delicious "
