7.8/10 Good! (10,449 reviews)
I liked the location of the property on the strip quite central and had monorail access. I found the resort fees to be exorbitant due to the pool being closed. Only thing was covered by the $50/ night fee was the fitness center and 2 devices on Wi-Fi. I most likely will not stay at any resort on the strip anymore
The value (no resort fees)and available entertainment at Fremont St. make it where I will stay in the future

8.8/10 Excellent! (12,860 reviews)
The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and that was like nearly midnight. Had to wait in the hallway. Toilet was blocked, toilet paper holder was broken, no coffee maker or water boiler in the room. Awefully limited breakfast options, etc. etc

9.4/10 Exceptional! (7,606 reviews)
Visited for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Lovely new hotel with attention to detail, very spacious and modern, but lacks the character/personality you get with a lot of the other Vegas hotels like Wynn and Bellagio. It felt premium but there is a lot of wasted space that could be utilised for visually exciting installations. Their branding throughout the hotel is impressive, I enjoyed spotting those details, but generally lacked a unique point of difference and that 'wow' factor. If you visit the other hotels on the strip, you'll understand what I mean. Very spacious hotel and the room was very modern and felt premium, however, something as basic as a coffee machine was unavailable. Service was a bit lacking, I could have had the same service from an online checkin/checkout system. Overall lovely 5 star hotel you'd expect with the price. Resort fees are ridiculous considering the main pool was closed for maintenance and we didn't use any of the included amenity - requested to remove or discount but they declined. Also did not honour the late checkout included with my Gold Expedia status VIP access. Didn't do anything extra to make our 10 year wedding anniversary feel special or memorable, not even an acknowledgement. While it's a lovely hotel, for the price and being 5 star, to give a 5 star rating I'd expect them to give me that 5 star experience which we didn’t experience. Nice hotel, but nothing really unique or impressive to entice me to want to stay there again.
