"People were vaping and smoking constantly in front of lobby doors. It would even come into the lobby. Additionally, people were vaping in the hallways and sometimes would sit at the benches by the elevator, at all hours, doing it so it would smell like weed. My room was right by the elevator so at one point my room was a little smoky and I was worried there was a fire but it was just someone vaping. "The location is spot on but at times it is evident that the place needs a lot of work. My room card stopped working several times and on one occasion I had to wait at reception for 15 mins before someone was available to assist me. The staff are polite and professional but when you have a doorman and a luggage attendant stood around doing nothing while other guests are trying to be seen at reception it’s a little disappointing.
