"This condo fit my family quite well. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels and sheets. I was worried about being on the other side of Murray. But it was basically a straight shot to Seabright Beach. It was about an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. Perfect location. We were really pleased. I would stay again."

"We loved the living room view of the ocean, especially at sunrise! The garage parking was so convenient. We walked over the bridge to dozens of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The pier entrance was across the street. The home was well appointed with sufficient towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies, as well as board games/puzzles. My son requested to move into the home permanently! "

"This is a nicely-sized one bedroom. It is nicely furnished and has a decent sized balcony that overlooks the ravine. This is a place for people who eat out (that’s us). The kitchen is dormitory-sized but everything was in good working order. They need more glasses but otherwise it’s fine. The bed in the primary seemed smaller than a queen but it was comfortable as was the pullout sofa in the living room. We were ready for noise from the walkway since the bedroom is in the front of the unit....

"We stayed at this property for a week during 4th of July, and we had an amazing time. You cannot beat the location, and having your own private spot on the beach each day is priceless (especially on crowded days such as holidays/weekends). We didn't even use our car the entire trip because everything was within walking distance....shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The best part of our trip was meeting the neighbors/locals who live nearby and came down to the beach each day to BBQ. they were so...
