This is the extension of my booking 8136164301640. We found flies and mostique in the lobby and restaurant which should not be happed for a 3.5 star hotel
I stayed in 2 bedroom suite.
First, no washing machine. Second, waited a long time for hot water to take baths.
Third, waited a long time to get the room. Though I had booked in advance via Expedia. When I arrived, the front office told me no ready room was available. They had to upgrade me to a two bedroom suite (my booking was one bedroom pool view suite).. This is understandable and forgivable in high season. However, they told me the two bedroom suite was not ready to move in too because it had not been cleaned yet after the previous tenant moved out. They told me to wait for 30 minutes. But finLly I waited for an hour before they told me it's ready. But when I checked with them about the view, I found out they made a mistake. That suite that I had waited for an hour was not a pool view room. I had to wait again for a pool view room. How lucky I was. Geez ……
