「Lovely old Victorian property in a fantastic location. Admittedly condition a little tired but that’s part of its charm. We had a very warm welcome and pleasantly surprised when we had our room upgraded to a sea view free of charge. The room and bed were very clean and comfy and it had a nice view towards lynmouth. Very convenient location for the shops, eateries and walks. Not much in the way of car parking, but found it very easy to park in a pay and display nearby, then get a 4 day voucher...

「We had a wonderful stay at Lee house it’s a charming bed and breakfast. The building itself is full of character and beautifully maintained. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly comfortable truly a home away from home. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Highly recommended!」

「The room was as expected. Good location and views. Had researched this so knew parking was nearby which was fine. Obviously recently refurbished but it must have been on a tight budget. Everything seemed to be done cheaply and not very well. Disappointed that the decor didn’t do justice to such a historic building 」
