“The hotel is in a great position, less than five minutes walk from Lynton centre, has fantastic sea views and also looks down over Lynmouth. It is also right beside the funicular railway and even has its own entrance by the top. Our room wasn't the biggest but it was comfortable and being twin aspect had great views. There is an honesty bar and interesting public areas. There was even an EV charging point in the hotel car park. All in all a very pleasant stay.”

“Lovely old Victorian property in a fantastic location. Admittedly condition a little tired but that’s part of its charm. We had a very warm welcome and pleasantly surprised when we had our room upgraded to a sea view free of charge. The room and bed were very clean and comfy and it had a nice view towards lynmouth. Very convenient location for the shops, eateries and walks. Not much in the way of car parking, but found it very easy to park in a pay and display nearby, then get a 4 day voucher……
