"The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The bar could do with a bit of work and stock but for the price, can’t complain."

"AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"

"Ive stayied here many times, good for the price, areas of my room were slighlty tired especially the bed side tables. The tv in the room is incredibly small. Shower and bathroom, superb. Room 8 is near the exit which would be fine if the main doors had a soft close. Breakfast good. Overal id stay again, no major problems."

"Tried to review taking into account the price. It was a good location to break the journey. I arrived very late, reception lady helped me take bags to room as no lift. Very big room. Run down but clean and warm. Big bathroom with bath clean Thing i didnt like on leaving the cleaners looked like a family man wife and kid opened my door no english, didnt like the way they were not knocking wouldn't have felt safe. I asked the way out, asked if they spoke english and the kid young boy insulted...

"Room very clean. tea coffee etc kettle. No hairdryer. Small area for hanging clothes. Bathroom bright and clean. Bed comfy had a great sleep. Steps to the front door. Steps to the room. Not suitable for unsteady older or disabled people. Only thing I need to say, is read the instructions,and read again. And check your messages. Stayed one night, the area was near where I needed to be. And my overall experience was satisfactory. "
