「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....
