"Great hotel, new, clean, great drink and dining options. The hotel was very busy when we were there - front desk phone wasn’t answered, texts to the concierge were not responded to, no spa access due to being overbooked (so must book well in advance). Staff seemed complacent when provided with feedback in service issues. The area around the hotel isn’t developed and as a result areas felt unsafe at times. "Check-in was a bit confusing. We took the upgrade but end up with only one bed (the kiosk didn’t tell you what configuration you get.) The line at the front desk was so long because of the holidays. Fortunately the call to front desk helps us find another room. The view of the room was okay if the windows have been better cleaned. Free self parking was very helpful. Express checkout was quick and easy. However the cleaning lady kept coming to knock on the door before checking out."

"House keeping was top tier. Everyone was friendly. It was a longer wait to catch an uber or taxi. The bands at night are heard in the rooms. "
