"Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. Easy drive to all of Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches. Will be 1st choice for future Santa Cruz stays. Thanks to all the wonderful staff we met and behind the scenes- Cheers, Matthew"

"My wife and I stayed here New Years week for our baby moon. We checked in later in the evening and were given an ADA room. The bed was too low for my wife to get in and out of. I explained to the front desk staff how difficult it was for my wife (7 months pregnant) to get in and out of bed. They were so understanding and helpful. The next morning we had a new room. They brought us extra pillows for my wife and were so helpful. The valet staff were great, always happy and quick to get our vehicle. Being right on the beach is wonderful. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. "

"This hotel is so beautiful and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant food was excellent! Our family really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were so nice and clean, I just wish my view was not a parking lot. Other than that, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone I know to stay here."

"Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Quiet! My only suggestion is to have plant based milk at the breakfast both for coffee and cereal. "

"Wonderful, recently renovated, second floor room with partial view of the ocean. Loved our stay here, and the breakfast room and food was great. Loved the ability to walk to everything especially the beach! Sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous. Wish we could stay longer. In-room fridge and microwave appreciated."
