"We were nervous arriving at this hotel as some reviews were horrific! We were delighted to find that the room and en-suite bathroom were absolutely spotless. Yes, the stairs are a bit grubby and *very* steep but so were every other stairs we came across in Amsterdam. Yes, the beds are probably narrower and closer together than some other hotels, but they were absolutely clean and combined with the fantastic location we were delighted at this find.
