"Amazing experience and service was outstanding!! Our flight was delayed and got us in a day later! The front desk staff was so amazingly accommodating and pushed back our reservation a day with no extra charge. We changed our arrival pickup from the airport to the water taxi and the driver met us-was there waiting for us as we got off the water taxi. We hadn't eaten all day and he graciously dropped us to pick up food before heading to the hotel-and gave us advice of which restaurants were good...

Some comments say it's noisey at night, but bar now closes promptly at 9pm which is perfect. There are tons of restaurants/bars minutes away with events every night. Only small negative, pool deck doesn't get a ton of sun in the afternoon, get out there early! "

The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of.
