Albuquerque Ski Hotel

"This was our first try at being snowbirds and our first time using VRBO. It was a very good experience. The property's amenities were great and as advertised. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were in one part of the rental while the other two bedrooms and bathroom were in the other part by the kitchen. The second bathroom was connected to one of the bedrooms creating a second ensuite. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was an outside area with a pergola, table, and...

"This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!"

"Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable room. Some mold in the shower, but accessibility features were helpful. In-room coffee station needed some attention. Breakfast service was good, very friendly attendant. Good value."
