“My family really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing is pullout couch had not been cleaned. There was a beer cap and some other trash on the pullout couch. I also wish there was a dead bolt or double locks on the door instead of just the doorknob. Thankfully my husband piled the stools and recliner against the door to give me peace of mind. Other than that it was nice, quiet and nobody bothered us. Oh and you also have to wash your own dishes in the kitchen or they charge a fee. We already clean……

“Awesome place to stay and have some quiet time. Mrs. Kitty is wonderful and maintains a really nice property. RV spots, apartments and hotel rooms. Hard to beat in the Carlsbad area.”

“For a skier, convenient lockers on premises just a minute walk to lift. The room temperature control is a bit funky, but I just opened an outside door to cool it down. Staff are very down-to-earth nice. Hope to come back next year!”
