The view from our room and the pool/restaurant was excellent. The room itself was good although it was a bit noisy with the main road below. Housekeeping was good. WiFi was tricky as we kept having to get the staff to put the password into our devices most days as it was in Arabic and our phones are set to English. Bit lapse getting us a taxi for requested times as always a bit late but overall if you want to stay in Giza with a view of the pyramids it’s good.

The hotel receptionist was great person. He helped us on multiple occasions. He helped arrange car rental and organize our trip. Very responsive and respectful person.

"Doesn’t feel like you’re staying at the airport. Staff really helpful and polite and property was very clean. Open buffet choices were always fresh and tasty. Will be staying there again! It would be nice if they could provide a hairdresser / nail service to their spa services."

"The roof top veiw was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful , booked a trip also through hotel very helpful, arrived early so room wasn't ready so put us in a different room , which didn't have a veiw , but helped us get a good night sleep as outside was busy and this room was quiet."
