「I didn’t use any of the drinks and food in my room fridge, but the hotel insisted on missing 1 chocolate and 1 can of Coke. Finally, my fianc is worried that the time of the plane will be late, and we will pay to go! To tell the truth, I have snacks and drinks in my suitcase. Candies, biscuits and chocolates from different countries will not be used by the hotel because I am still better than them. I also used my own towels, showers, etc. I didn't use the hotel at all. The hotel didn’t check it...

「The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. 」

Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. Asıl önemli olan temizlik için özel oda istemiştim, karşılandı… Teşekkür ederim」
