"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. "I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this historic pub. Kitchen did a fine job with food offerings for both dinner and breakfast. The staff are phenomenal in making sure your needs are met. "Property was right across from Windsor Castle which was great. Facia was being renovated so there was scaffolding in front, but it did not affect our view. There were some minor issues on check in, the shower head was a little awkwardly positioned, and they did not have a do not disturb sign for the handle. "We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees.
