"We stayed for 2 days during our Osaka trip. We were given a room on the 30th floor with fantastic city views. The hotel is generally quite busy, but the space is large so it doesn't feel crowded. Room was spacious and super clean. It also felt new, maybe it was recently renovated. We tried the pool and Jacuzzi which were great. Namba station is chaotic, but if you follow the hotel instructions, you will have no problem. Only improvement area was that we felt more staff is needed in reception as...

"It is located near Osaka castle. The hotel upgraded us to top floor with the great view of the castle. Room was huge and very comfortable, breakfast was tasty. Wish it had hot Onsen style bath."
