"Staff service was fantastic, the rooms were good, however I was in a handicap room which wasn't a problem but due to the way the hotel is structured, again a good thing, the handicap room is closest to the reception area so at night and morning there was a relative constant footfall of guests passing the room, not being noisy but not being quiet either. potentially could do with additional soundproofing for this room."

"For us, the location was perfect and the view lovely. If you are seeking quiet, this isn't the spot for you. The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. "We had an amazing stay with Bob and Olah. So friendly and helpful, from start to finish. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, even to our five year old daughter 😊 Bob has a fantastic waterfall map that he designed himself and is happy to point you in the right direction. Olah’s breakfast was delicious and worth every penny (we would have happily paid more for it). They are so generous and thoughtful. We will definitely be returning, we’ve already spoken about coming back next year. "
