"The parkade area is awful!! Perhaps they can have someone directing traffic. This reason alone, we would not come back to this hotel. It was anywhere from 40 min or longer to park. gong show! Parking is pricey for the pain of getting in and out. Self serve kiosks to check-in and out worked well for us, but I feel customer service has been deleted because of them. The rooms were remodelled at some point and are kinda modern, but it must have been a long time ago due to the wear....
