Situation: my daughter was trapped in the shower room because the rubber seal on the glass door is in poor state causing it to jam so tightly that it is not able to open . Fortunately, l was able to hear her call for help and had to call service manager to get maintenance crew to force open the door. A very embarrassing situation."

Our 15mo-old was playing in the lobby, while waiting to group up, and a front desk staff gave her a unicorn and chatted with us about his family since he has kids himself. Our cleaning lady was very thorough and tentative with our needs and requests. Hotel is old but they do a good job keeping it neat and clean. Location was good for our purpose. A little far from west kowloon and central stops but great value if you dont mind making the trip. Fairly close to the park where you can see monkeys though.
