"The place was exceptional! They gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon staying. All the staff were very helpful. No worries about language since all of them talked English well. Also, shout out to the housekeeper who cleaned our room, she did it excellently. The building was renovated recently, everything was in good condition and working: washing machine, fridge, windows, AC, water boiler, shower. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon staying in this place. "

"I stayed in Ibis since July 2023m this is our 4th times stayed with Ibis Sheung Wan. I was not happy with the refrigerator in my room. I complaint many times, finally the hotel exchanges a working one for this stay after checked in after 3 days. Reception department told us this situation was reflected but this was out of their control with the upper management's decision. New refrigerators are order but on definite date of delivery for the new fridge. "
