"It’s so clean and tidy and very grand when you first walk in for the hotel. We love the condition and how clean it was but the only con was the toilet was abit cramp. We aren’t big people and to close the door you pretty much have to cling to the toilet before you can. Also they overcharged us as we booked it via Expedia and when we checked in they charged us walk in fee. "We stayed in the luxury family room which was massive, we had four beds two at either end of the main room with a lounge, TV and seating area in between. The room has a large bathroom containing two different shower/bath options allowing two people to shower separately at the same time and a separate toilet. The hotel is only a short walk from Kyoto Station which contains many restaurants and food and transport options. I highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay here again."
