"The property was great, especially for thre price. But the phone lines were and continue to be down, making communication with hotel staff cumbersome. The rooms are very spacious but if yuo want to use the kitchen in the suite, the equipment (pots and pans) is of poor quality, as is that in their fitness center. The room was missing coffee filters too, making me have to walk downstairs to the front desk first thing in the morning (because of the downed phone lines) to ask for some. Otherwise,...

"Thompson is a fantastic place to stay. Martinis at the bar, and food at Arribas are top notch. Location is perfect being half a block of sixth street keeps the noise down and makes it feel private. Would definetly stay again."
