"The hotel is in a great location, way to walk to the old town, also located right next to the station/shopping centre. The hotel staff were so hopefully throughout our stay, we came for a wedding in Krakow, with most of the wedding guest staying at the hotel. I think they handle this very well. "Outstanding hotel, unbelievably clean, smelt amazing, staff were exceptional in helping us find a booking slot for Auschwitz visit. Location to the town centre is perfect with only a short 10 min walk if able and a 1 min walk to the tram line if not so able. Room was spacious and quiet and comfortable for two. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a short trip to this amazing gothic old city."

The hotel itself was very clean and spacious as well as very luxurious modern designed. The breakfast was massive. Everything from good coffee over hot and cold breakfast to cereals and fruits.
