"Loved 24hr room service from restaurant, excellant/prompt laundry service, clean room/conditions, friendly staff, shopping/stores inside the facility, large stand-up shower accommodates 2 people. Very firm mattress if that's what you like. Daily housecleaning service. Overall it was quiet but there were multiple prayer services on a balcony outside, 1 floor down sometimes w a loudspeaker & microphone during day & esrly evening. "

"My only issue was with the laundry service when I was promised the return of the clothes that evening when the clothes were dropped off at 6;15am. Clothes were not returned that evening and not until the following morning which caused me to miss a meeting, Still was forced to pay for clothes "

"I arrived at 4am to be given a room with no hot water. I even paid extra for that early check-in only to be disappointed. I asked several times to be moved to another room and they refused. There was no hot water for 24hrs in my room. It was the most appalling experience as I had a tour at 9am that same day I arrived.The hotel is located in a part of town where you can people preaching in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, its not worth it. "
