“Hassan at check in was very helpful”

“Everything was fine. Stayed due to concert at the XL Center. Was excellent that you can enter the XL Center from the hotel. No need to go outside. Parking was $19 that hotel had stamp parking ticket or else it would’ve been per hour. The only thing was our shower curtain was not long enough for the shower rod (length wise) also we couldn’t figure out the heat. Felt like the temperature stayed on cool even though we turned it up. Not sure if something was wrong with it. But we only stayed for……

“Loved this hotel. Great service from the minute you walk in the door and they offer you a glass of Prosecco. Nice rooms in a great walkable neighborhood in west Hartford. Lots of restaurants right nearby. ”
